We do what we do best – recruiting!
As part of the Fit4Jobs programme we accompanied the Junior Chamber International (JCI) to schools to support final-year pupils before the imminent start of their professional careers.
Fit4Jobs is a free scheme run by volunteers across all of Switzerland in German, French and Italian since 2013 and aims to make a contribution to reducing youth unemployment. The teenagers are supported with compiling applications and preparing for interviews. The prospective apprentices can benefit greatly from our direct connections to the economy and across various industries – a recipe for success that is a great deal of fun, and we very much enjoy being able to take part.
