Fit4Jobs supported by MPB
This year, MPB once again took part in the Fit4Jobs programme by the Junior Chamber International (JCI). Thomas Markwirth was one of the participants to hold application training sessions with a total of 63 pupils at the secondary school in Binningen. As part of the school’s career orientation week, the pupils prepared dossiers for skilled trades, which were screened by the JCI coaches beforehand. They received feedback during the application training sessions and were able to practice interview questions, providing the pupils with valuable tips for the world of business and work.
A handful of pupils will also have the opportunity to take part in individual coaching sessions in order to receive further support on topics of their choice.
At MPB, we keep a finger on the pulse of the business world, and for us, that includes promoting young talent.
