A spotlight on our Headhunter, Adrian von Felten
Focusing on driving our international operations and strengthening our cooperation with our 37 partner firms in the AltoPartners alliance is what keeps us moving forward at a relentless pace. That’s why we’re pleased to welcome Adrian von Felten, an experienced Senior Consultant, to our MPB Team. With all-encompassing expertise from a range of management positions and industries, including SMEs and large-scale businesses, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With an impressive 26 years of professional experience, he has a broad range of skills and experience, particularly in the areas of executive search, recruitment, human resources, marketing and project management, while having already been a successful member of an executive board.
He acquired a strong theoretical background by completing a degree in electrical engineering, an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Marketing, as well as a degree in Human Resources Management, which has supported him during his successful career. With over 15 years in HR recruitment on a national and global scale, he is ideally equipped for his role at MPB and AltoPartners.
As a valued member of our team, Adrian von Felten will drive our close cooperation with our AltoPartners and provide our international clients with expert advice. Thanks to his local network and connections to the region, he will also support our regional SMEs as a competent recruitment partner.
