AESC certification: The qualification level for our research employees
Here at the MPB Recruitment Group AG and our partners in the global AltoPartners network, we are proud to have been members of the AESC for many years. Only 25 Swiss companies are able to guarantee this standard of quality.
But what does AESC stand for?
The AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) sets global standards and values for our industry, thereby guaranteeing the highest quality in executive search. Being accepted into this exclusive association is a significant recognition and the only accreditation that represents professional executive search services.
In order to guarantee that we continue to play in the top league at this level, we continuously invest in our staff development. Ali Sahin successfully participated in the AESC programme and passed the exam with flying colours. He is now officially AESC-certified!
