Ambitious ob­jectives. Like those which the founder of MPB Executive Search has always set for himself. As a Swiss state-certified Head of Marketing, Helmut has been active for many years in marketing for publishing houses as Product Manager, Head of Sales and Business Manager. It was also ambition that impelled him to initiate the national qualifying examination for Personnel Specialists, and he was a member for many years of its examination committee, in addition to serving on the preparatory commission appoint­ed to draw up regulations for the higher examination leading to the qualification of Head of Human Resources.

Wining and dining are among his favorite hobbies, as are the Basel Carnival, mountain hiking, skiing and classical music – all of which this husband and father of two daughters loves to share with family and friends.

Managing Partner/Owner

Continuous development is particularly important for Regina Graf. This is reflected throughout her CV: She studied Business Administration at the „Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg“ and awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011. In 2017 she got her Masters degree in General Management at the „HFH Fernhochschule“. In the meantime, she has persued a very successful career at the MPB Recruitment Group, where she is now a Managing Partner.

When Regina Graf is not hunting candidates, she dedicates her free time to the Rotaract Basel or the Rotary Club Allschwil. She likes spending the rest of her time with her daughter. With her family she travels the world and likes discovering new places and cultures.

Senior Consultant

Adrian von Felten began his career as a graduate electrical engineer in an SME before soon being promoted to head of PPS and assuming full responsibility for sales. As Global Product Manager in an international company, he developed his department’s global marketing strategy before assuming responsibility for the growth and marketing strategy of his product segment as Product Line Manager. In 2008, he moved to the Executive Search industry, joining a prestigious headhunter based in Switzerland, where he was responsible for the recruitment of specialist and managerial positions in national and international companies across various industries, for both small and medium-sized as well as large-scale businesses. Adrian von Felten has an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Marketing as well as a degree in Human Resources Management. As of June 2023, he is a member of MPB Recruitment Group/AltoPartners Switzerland, driving our collaboration with our AltoPartners across the globe as an additional interface.

In addition to his family with his three children, one of his passions is continuous development. A week without a non-fiction book is unfathomable to him, and he enjoys reading about technology, research and social sciences. He regularly devotes his time to fitness training, enjoys cycling and spending time in nature to promote his physical wellbeing.

Senior Consultant

Andrea Burkhard has always followed her path with a great deal of dedication and energy. Upon finishing her degree, she worked in various specialist and management roles at international companies, which included marketing, product management and business development at a major bank. Her responsibilities included establishing a global strategic recruitment unit. As of 2015, she has worked exclusively in executive search/recruitment consultancy. Before joining MPB, she spent around four years working in recruitment for various clients in the IT industry. She also has an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Corporate Mentor and undergoes continuous professional development in management. In addition to her native German, she also speaks English at business level.

Most of her free time is spent with her two lively boys. She also enjoys discovering new places, be it during a city break, a wellness retreat or on the beach/in the mountains. Tennis classes and a game on the driving range provide her with the perfect balance. As a foodie, she loves to spoil guests with wine and a fabulous menu.

Senior Researcher

Ali Sahin, who completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics at the University of Basel’s Faculty of Economics, complemented his technical expertise with practical experience from an early stage. He has a proven track record in marketing and as an independent project manager in the construction industry. Since April 2022, he has been actively supporting the MPB team while completing his Master’s in Business and Economics. As a Junior Researcher, Ali Sahin draws on a wealth of experience and a solid academic background to incorporate his extensive knowledge of various business sectors.

Ali Sahin enjoys spending his free time in the company of his family and friends. He is also passionate about travelling and enjoys exploring foreign countries and discovering new cultures.

Junior Researcher

Sina Lüchinger has been working part time as a Junior Researcher at MPB since July 2023 in order to gain work experience alongside her Bachelor’s degree. This allows her to apply the theory she has learned in her Business and Economics studies into practice and develop these skills.

In her spare time, Sina Lüchinger likes to do sports, such as skiing, playing volleyball, or fitness. She enjoys going on short trips with friends, organising cooking evenings or solving her way out of an escape room. She is fascinated by foreign countries and cultures as well as good books and stories.

Junior Researcher

After his traineeship in wholesale and foreign trade, Gianluca Calvagna was able to gain his first experience in recruitment at Hays (Switzerland) AG in Basel. Through this traineeship and his role as Manager of Candidate Relations, he acquired extensive experience in IT and other specialist positions. Gianluca Calvagna values quality, pursuing the objective to achieve a 100% match for client and candidate positions.

In his spare time, Gianluca Calvagna can often be found on the football pitch of the TuS Binzen team, as he is an active player and volunteers for the support and youth associations. He also spends a lot of time in the kitchen, putting his cooking skills to the test.

Assistant

Tanja Janjic is originally from Austria. She completed a qualification in finance and insurance at the Commercial Academy of Economics and Management. Tanja Janjic gained her first work experience in public administration in the care sector, where she worked as an assistant to the Head of Department, their deputies and staff. In this role, she was responsible for administrative and organisational tasks as well as a small accounting department.

She likes to spend her free time with her family and often visits them in Austria. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and partner. Cooking and baking are among her favourite activities outside of work, and she likes to try out different recipes. As a keen traveller, she loves to travel and often visits her hometown.

Beatrice Tasch is a trained bank clerk specialised in the front office. Working as a sales and marketing assistant for many years allowed her to develop an understanding of how to deal with customers’ needs in a sensitive, reliable and attentive manner. Her long-term commitment to MPB has also demonstrated her dedication and loyalty. Now that she is back with the MPB team, she incorporates her expertise and her dedication to sustained and appreciative customer service. As a mother of three, she has effortlessly mastered organisation and time management, which allows her to provide a comprehensive range of services and support to the MPB team and all its clients.

She enjoys spending her spare time in the company of her children, family and friends during bike rides or laid-back movie nights. Beatrice Tasch is a creative soul with a passion for yoga and a timeless appreciation of a good book. A tranquil environment allows her to find inspiration for new ideas and projects.
